Introduction
Students have different levels of abilities and many have their own specific learning requirements within a classroom. In most cases, students don’t gain much from mass instruction. Identifying and meeting individual learner needs boosts their confidence and encourages them, helping them to achieve the best results.
However, teachers will know how difficult a challenge this can be when you’re juggling multiple classrooms and tasks. Having a student-centred mindset is only just the beginning.
In this webinar we welcomed Nathan Ashman, Lead Teacher for New Technologies at St Wilfrid’s Academy, who shared with us the ways you can use technology to meet the individual needs of your students.
