Product Manager

The Role

As Product Manager you will work collaboratively with leadership, researchers, designers, engineers and customer facing teams to improve existing features and develop new ones which solve pervasive problems for both existing and potential clients. From initial research through to release, you will oversee each improvement and addition in order to ensure maximum impact.

You will work with the Head of Product and contribute to the Product Team and wider company’s knowledge and understanding of key market problems and their potential solutions, to help inform the company’s business objectives and product strategy. You will lead in the execution of that product strategy, working closely with the Delivery Manager to help assess, prioritise and schedule engineering work. 


Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the education market and competitor landscape as well as our existing and potential partners and customers, their pains and problems.
  • Methodically record, analyse and translate customer feedback into actionable insight, user stories and requirements.
  • Align your engineers around strategic goals and a respective product roadmap.
  • In collaboration with the Head of Product and wider product team, plan and execute the product roadmap based on a prioritised backlog.
  • Identify and break down problems into clear and concise requirements.
  • Communicate with and ensure alignment across all stakeholders and the rest of the business.
  • Ensure internal product documentation is accurate and up to date, and support the learning team in ensuring external product documentation is accurate and up to date.

  • Strong self-organisation and prioritisation of tasks in an analytical manner.
  • Ability to work independently in a result-oriented way.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passionate about education and educational technology.



  • 3+ years of experience in digital product management positions, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience of working in an agile environment with a product, tech, service or UX Design team.
  • Experience of working in EdTech
  • Experience with software development/QA
