Firefly is looking for a Learning Consultant to onboard new schools and manage relationships with current clients. This new role presents an exciting opportunity to have a significant impact on the success of Firefly’s clients across the UK and internationally.
The role will suit an outgoing individual with passion for education and helping schools to engage their parents and support their students. The successful candidate will report to the Learning Team Leader, and be a key member of the wider teams across the UK, Europe, Middle East, APAC and Australia.
Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of the Firefly products, Parent Portal, LMS and Epraise in order to provide expert advice
- Develop an understanding of each clients’ needs and help them achieve success
- Deliver training to schools both online and occasionally onsite, and contribute to the development of training materials
- Support schools as they plan to launch Firefly solutions to their school community
- Work closely with the Customer Success Team by supporting established schools through the provision of guidance and materials for school project leaders and appropriate training for staff
- Establish and nurture strong, value-driven relationships with school’s stakeholders by acting as a trusted advisor to Firefly’s value proposition
- Contribute to the retention of existing clients, and seek opportunities to grow the lifetime value of each client
- Identify when and if a situation needs to be escalated to the Team Leader and senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure your clients always receive the best service
- Contribute to the processes that make our clients and us successful
Skills and Qualities
- Skilled in building strong relationships in a remote environment
- Ability to prioritise competing demands
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, using appropriate professionalism with clients on the phone, in emails and in person
- High levels of integrity, dependability and appropriate ownership
- Resilient and positive, with a creative approach to problem solving
- Enjoys building beneficial relationships while working closely with other teams
- Strong IT skills and enthusiasm for transformational technology
- High standards of written and spoken English
Required:
- Experience in education, ideally teacher, or school administration
- Experience of using a learning platform (ideally Firefly or Epraise!)
